If Crave Fade has not worked for you, email us within 30 days of delivery at info@norvanalabs.com and we will refund you in full.

The jar you opened: keep it

Opened supplements cannot be resold, and return shipping would cost more than the product. We refund it without a return. The no-return part of this guarantee applies to a single opened jar per customer.

Jars you did not open

Send them back and we refund those too, so a multi-jar order can be refunded in full. Return shipping on unopened jars is the customer's responsibility.

How to request a refund

Email info@norvanalabs.com with your order number. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account, with no fee. Cancelling before a renewal date prevents that charge. Orders already dispatched are covered by the guarantee above.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us with a photo and we will replace or refund, whichever you prefer. We pay the shipping in those cases.
